Five ways to get capital. One file.

You send statements once. We shop the file across our funder desk and come back with the structures your numbers actually support — and tell you which one we'd take.

Working capital

The general-purpose option. Payroll gaps, a slow receivable, a supplier who wants cash. Fewest conditions, fastest close.

$15K–$750KUp to 1.5× monthly deposits
3–18 moDaily or weekly
1–2 daysStatements only

Business line of credit

Draw what you need, pay interest on that only, and the room comes back as you repay. Best if your cash needs are lumpy rather than one-time.

Merchant cash advance

We buy a slice of future receivables at a discount. Priced as a factor rate, not APR, and it flexes with your volume. Honest version: it is the most expensive money here, and the right call when speed or credit rules out the rest.

Term loan

Fixed amount, fixed payment, fixed end date. Cheapest structure we place, and the one that needs the cleanest file.

Equipment financing

Trucks, kitchen builds, machinery, medical. The equipment is the collateral, so approvals lean on the asset instead of your credit.

Three moves, start to funded.

No portal to babysit. You get one person, a direct cell number, and a straight answer.

  1. 1

    Send the file

Six minutes of questions and three months of business bank statements. No hard pull, no tax returns to start, no fee to apply.

  2. 2

    We shop it

Your file goes to the funders whose credit box you actually fit, not all 40 at once. You get real offers with the total cost written out, plus which one we'd sign and why.

  3. 3

    Sign and get funded

E-sign the contract, verify the bank account, and money moves. Most files fund the next business day; same-day happens before 1pm ET.

What we won't do to you.

This industry earned its reputation. Here is what that means in practice for your file.

  • No upfront feesWe're paid by the funder on a closed deal. If anyone asks you for money to "release" an approval, it's a scam — hang up.
  • We don't sell your dataYour file goes to funders for underwriting and nowhere else. No lead resale, which is why you won't get 40 calls tomorrow.
  • No stacking pressureIf you already have an advance, we'll tell you when a second position hurts you instead of quietly writing it.
  • Total cost in writingFactor rate, fees, holdback percentage, and the dollar amount you'll repay — on the offer, before you sign anything.
  • We say noIf the cost outruns what the money can earn you, we'll say so and tell you what to fix. A declined file we were honest about beats a funded one that kills you.

Tell us about the business

Use the legal name exactly as it reads on the bank account, so underwriting doesn't stall on a name mismatch.

Leave blank if it's the same.

Nine digits, from your CP-575 letter or a filed return.

Month and year you opened.

Business address

The physical location, not a PO box — funders verify it.

Step 1 of 4

Questions people actually ask.

Does applying hurt my credit?

No. We underwrite from bank statements and business credit, neither of which is a hard inquiry. A hard pull only happens if you move forward on a specific offer that requires one, and we'll tell you before it happens.

Why do you need bank statements?

Deposit volume, average daily balance, negative days and existing debits are what set your approval amount and price. Tax returns and a credit score tell a funder what happened last year; statements tell them what's happening now. Three months is the standard ask, six for larger requests.

What does this actually cost?

Depends on structure. Term loans are quoted as an interest rate. Advances are quoted as a factor rate — a 1.30 factor on $100,000 means you repay $130,000, and the shorter the term the higher the effective annualized cost. We put the factor, the fees, the holdback percentage and the total dollars repaid on every offer. You pay us nothing either way.

My credit is bad. Am I wasting my time?

Not necessarily. Revenue-based products weight deposits far more than FICO, and we place files in the 500s regularly. Bad credit narrows which desks will look and raises the price, so the real question isn't whether you can get funded, it's whether the cost is worth it. We'll be direct about that.

I already have an advance. Can I get another?

Sometimes, and often you shouldn't. A second or third position stacks daily debits against the same deposits, and that's how businesses end up in a spiral. Frequently the better move is a consolidation or a buyout of the existing balance at a lower rate. Tell us what's open and we'll model both.

How fast is fast, really?

A complete file submitted before noon usually has offers back the same afternoon. Signature to wire is typically the next business day; same-day funding is possible for advances signed before 1pm ET. Term loans and equipment take longer because there's more to verify.

Are you a lender or a broker?

A broker, and we'd rather say it plainly. iFund Miami isn't a bank and doesn't fund from its own balance sheet. We package your file, place it with the funders whose credit box you fit, and get paid a commission by that funder when a deal closes. That's why we never charge you an application or advance fee.

Have the statements handy? You're twenty minutes from an offer.
